The Free To Run Foundation was formed in 2012 to unite runners, walkers and endurance athletes in the fight against modern day slavery and other injustices around the world.
A world where slavery ceases to exist, with freedom and basic human rights for all men, women and children.
To raise awareness of human trafficking that exists in every country in the world by organizing races and other endurance events, enabling our partner NGOs who provide direct services to focus on rescue, rehabilitation and empowerment of survivors.
The Foundation’s programs currently consist of the World Race for Hope, a 5k race that takes place in several U.S. cities each year, and Team Free To Run, where individuals join a running/walking team and participate in a half marathon or marathon to raise funds and awareness for our charity partners.
Free To Run Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
